The bike will arrive mostly assembled. We will provide the tools and a comprehensive assembly video so you can assemble your Starrynite Bike bike within 30mins even if you are a novice.

Your order will be processed and shipped within 3 working days normally. We have Fedex Ground as the primary mode of transportation.
Starrynite EBike battery is sealed well enough for the bikes to be safely ridden in very heavy downpours.
Mercy and Mars have normal bike mode and PAS mode while Venus, Aries and Gemini have normal bike mode, PAS mode and throttle mode.
The total payload capacity of Starrynite Ebike can be up to 265lbs.
